Account is not changing in spite of paying -no data 6 weeks in @members

@Susana066 - is this a new account since 6 weeks ago? In other words, you have never been able to access data since activation?

Is your data option setting turn on in the setting of your device?

 

Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.

Iphone:

To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.

Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.

android:

Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

 

If still issues, try your SIM card into another compatible phone. Does data work then?

@Susana066 so, voice working and just not data?? 

 

If just data, likely you can fix it yourself without the help of CS Agent

 

A quick way is to click Reset Network Settings  and that likely will resolve the problem 

 

If issue persists,  chexk your APN settings,

 

Compare the APN settings below, try to update it and save:

6 weeks?! If this is an Android phone then check your APN settings. When you login in to your account and click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down, do you see all or most of your data showing as available?

Of course is your data actually turned on?

What make and model of phone?

 

Adding - the above response was edited to add more useful information...after the fact.

reset network and check > APN Settings  and turn off device and turn on.

 

still not works then contact PM support team by CS_Agent  to check it out.
