Hi there,
I recieved and activated my sim card on last Friday but I'm having issues signing into self serve. When I try to sign in I get this error "Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again". When I try to recover password I get this error "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address". I know I typed in the correct email address during registration because I received the Public Mobile Activation Details emails. Any help from mods would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen a similar issue where the self-serve account was not actually created, despite the number and sim card being active and working. It was a simple fix by creating a new account and linking it to the phone number you have signed up with.
