@Jacculogix204 - when you call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device can your account be found? If not, then your account is closed, or disabled for some reason.

@Jacculogix204 - what do you mean locked? Were you able to log in previously? If so, try the Forgot your password or email option.
Or did you port your number out to another provider, OR have been in nonpay status for over 90 days? If so this closes your account and you lose access to My Account.
