Can't sign in

every time I try to sign in to my account it says message untheorized how do I sign in?

I've receive this message at times too, since website updates. Incognito mode always seems to fix it.

In case, you did not try this yet (just like others have already suggested), here is how to Open A New Incognito Window. So that you can proceed to open public mobile site this way after this tab is open.

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window: 

• Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
• Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

Are you on a VPN maybe? I'm sure whatever browser you are running now should be sufficient. It doesn't have to be Edge. A fresh install also wouldn't need to clear any data because it's a fresh install.

I use Firefox and Chrome on mobile and non-mobile. They're fine.

if from browser mobile Chrome, go view in desktop mode.

1. Tap on the menu options.
2. Select the checkbox against the Desktop site.
3. and clear cache and cookies and use one page incognito.

Yes I have tried so many things and still this

Try a different browser or even device or use incognito mode.

Try clearing your cache and also use private or incognito mode if you know how. Fixes a lot of issues like that.

or safari on private mode, To Login Page 

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything, just wait about a 3 second will automatically be login,,
