I’ve been locked out of my account for days no matter if I wait specific kick out times how many times I reset password I am still locked out! I need my phone Now!

Are your services working? If not:
You can buy vouchers from lots of places and online and dial 611 to enter them.
If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 and use your registered credit card.
You can use the instant top up method in a few stores and one online place but I'm not certain that online place will restart the account.

this issue usually resolvable if you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login again.  Please try
