Can’t see Data usage

There’s no place under my account that shows data usage. Where do you find the data usage in what would be considered an obvious piece of information that a lot of subscribers would like

hi @William426 

you don't need a new post for answering us.  Use the same post

for internet, try reboot phone and click reset network settings

or you can also check your data usage by calling *611

and tell us if you use PM app or using browser

Login to the PM app and it will open up on your data usage.

Pull down from the top of your page to refresh the page. You should be in the Ovview menu. You can choose from My Payment,  My Rewards,  My Referral.

I use the PM app and the tabs along the bottom.

What section are you looking for?

Once signed in your My Account you are in the Overview page.  From there you can choose what you want to do. There is a drop-down menu for My Rewards, My Payment,  My Referral,  view account information.

it says you can do certain things when you’re in the self-serve area yet I can’t even find how to get to that area

I tried to sign on it I think I’m signed in but yet when I hit the my account drop down menu nothing happens

I have no Internet, where other people around me do. I don’t know if I’ve used up my whole limit of the plan as I can’t see usage… So frustrating

don't you just login and you will see the usage there? are out using app or browser?

the data usage should be right at the overview page.  can you post us screenshot but remove person details  so we can help furhter
