I’m trying to log into my account online and on the app but I can’t receive this EverSafe code because my phone was stolen. It first sends a code to my email address associated with the account, then sends a 6-digit code to the number I no longer have. The answers in the chat bot keep sending me around in circles! No other options either.
please help.

Hi! It just jumps back to the Confirm your identity page, which is looking for the 6-digit EverSafe code. I e tired it 3 times, then on the 4th attempt the page went blank.

hi @Catzy_C1 click Resend Code and see what options you got. There should be Send email and Send Voice Message

Thank you. It didn’t give me an option to click “didn’t receive code” unfortunately. Just to resend code. Just going around in circles.

You’ll need to purchase a new SIM card, and an agent will help you activate it.

You can also click Didn't Receive Code and select Send Voice Message and then retrieve voicemail message using another phone

@Catzy_C1 You can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right and a cs agent can assist you with that. They will reply to you during their working hours of 9am-10pm Eastern each day. Or send a private message using this link:
