Can't receive texts

Hello, I ported my number to Public Mobile on June 22nd. Since then I've not been able to receive text messages even though my plan has international text.

 

Since then, I keep getting texts from Public Mobile saying You've been sent a text but you need to have texting in your plan to receive it. I checked and my plan has international text.

@pheonix if you have already tried what @Samianauman then you should contact a mod, if you haven't already.

@pheonix Dumb question - but are you able to see the add-on active on your account when you login in your account portal?

Try rebooting your phone or also try your sim in other phone if text doesn't work on other phone then send a msg to mod
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
