Can't receive texts

Hello, I ported my number to Public Mobile on June 22nd. Since then I've not been able to receive text messages even though my plan has international text.
Since then, I keep getting texts from Public Mobile saying You've been sent a text but you need to have texting in your plan to receive it. I checked and my plan has international text.

@pheonix Dumb question - but are you able to see the add-on active on your account when you login in your account portal?

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
