@PamMunc if you can receive incoming calls, then this is an iPhone setup issue and not something PM support can help, so opening ticket with them won't get you a solution
First, you need need make sure you can receive incoming calls , try calling yourself from landline and different mobile providers
if you can receive all incoming calls, then Make Sure MMS and GroupMake Sure MMS and Group Messaging Are Enabled Messaging Are Enabled on your iPhone settings
