My plan is active but the sim and device section is missing. My eSim was never generated, so my iPhone shows SOS and I cannot receive SMS. I also cannot login because EverSafe only offers SMs verification. Please manually provision my eSIM and activate SMS on my line.

I believe that the customer has a new Public Mobiel account. New customers do not have the above option, and as the customer has already stated, SMS is the only provided option.

Is your phone a iPhone 17? There seems to be issues with eSIM activation so you need the assistance of a CS_Agent to help you with activation.
