I need 2 factor authentication to login to my work emails, but I don't receive sms, please help resolve

@Olusegun1 Usually customer support is quite quick but currently they are having to fix a couple of technical issues, including the SMS one, individually so response might take longer than usual.

Thank you. I have submitted a ticket,but no one has responded yet. Is there an estimated time for resolution?

did you just join PM and have SMS problem?
Currently, PM system has SMS problem with new activation. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
