Can't receive phone calls and SMS sending from the US

Thanks for the help to my questions.

I encountered problems receiving SMS and phone calls originating from the US.

All SMS's are lost. I can't receive them at all.

For the phone call, I can see the phone ringing; but when I answer, it shows connected, but I can hear no sound from the phone.

Anyone has suggestions?

I don't have many numbers to try with; currently I see it only the case for one number.

@qwertDoes this happen with a single person/contact, or are you experiencing it with multiple contacts.  Just want to rule out the possibility that the problem is from the other end.

If you are seeing this with calls/texts from multiple people, then it is likely from Public Mobile's side.  If that's the case, you will need to get in touch with the moderator team and ask them to look into it.  Unfortunately, wait time for moderators is 2-3 days right now.
