I have a problem when someone calls me and I accept the call it then goes straight to voice mail, the same thing goes when I call someone else and they accept it goes straight to their voice mail.
I wonder if this is related to something with the new points system? My account for the month doesn't end till May 29 so my subscription didn't stop. I can txt just fine.

After contacting support, they couldn't find anything unusual but they refreshed their backend system and told me to restart the phone and that seems to be working fine now
