Can't receive incoming calls

Ozwall

Hi,

I've been with public mobile for a year now, and I know it might sound crazy but I still haven't come around to the issue of not receiving incoming calls. I can do outgoing, data, texts, service is always good but I've been so busy that I ignore it because the caller will just tell me to call them back and I will instead of fixing the issue. Can someone please help.

Ive done the basics like turning phone off, airplane mode, etc

Thanks

@Ozwall  when you came to public mobile,  did you port your phone number in? Did you reply to a text to confirm the port? Is your phone number correct?

You might have to get the assistance of  public mobile rep.

Is this all callers who can't reach you or is one specific caller?  If it's one caller, make sure tha that the person hasn't been accidently blocked.  I'm also wondering if when you joined Public Mobile, if a number was requested to be ported in.  If that's the case, a failed number port that was never resolved would have caused Public Mobile to change your phone number.  When making an outgoing call, are the people you're speaking to seeing the same phone number that you'd be expecting them to?
