Can’t receive calls after port

I signed up yesterday, answered the sms to port my number. I have an active line and can make outgoing calls with my ported number. However, incoming calls hit my old voicemail box at virgin. 

Please fix, can’t receive sms codes either.

@Questionable did you reboot your phone?? Reboot once more

There is a number to call to talk to live support (but they are closed  now,  so call tomorrow morning)  They can confirm the status  for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
