Why did you buy a new sim card? You can change it yourself in your account.

you can request Change SIM card yourself via My Account. Login and click on Change SIM and select a way to receive 2FA code

Three days ago, I changed my last number 7788780606, I forgot this number with my TAX Avenue account, so now I bought a new SIM card 8912230000461241630, I hope you can put 7788780606 on my new card, thank you

@licanafa - what happens when you dial your number?
Can you provide more details so we can try and help..did you port from another provider?
And if so, was it a cell (2-3 hours to complete port) or landline (3+ days to complete)?
If cell you need to have the old provider's SIM card in the phone to accept the SMS porting approval text.

When it comes to previous questions about if you've requested a number to be ported in, put your old carrier's SIM card back into the phone until porting is complete. The old carrier will send a text message to there and your calls will still be going to your service at the old carrier until porting is complete.

Hi @licanafa , did you pick a new number to change or your ported in an old number from another provider?
first reboot the phone once again. if no good, reseat the SIM
