you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
if you can login that way, you can confirm if EverSafe has the correct phone number to send the code by going to Profile page, cl8cl Manage EverSafe id

You'll need to log into your account but after using yoru password, use the didn't get code/resend code option to have the 2FA code sent to e-mail. After you've gotten into your account, there will be an option to update the phone nubmer associated with EverSafe.
