I am trying to get my phone working again. I bought a reloadable mastercard, but it keeps saying, "Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later."
Does anyone know anything about this?

you can undo it. Go back to that particular post, click the down arrow on the to right, and then select Not the Solution
But whoever get the solution is perfectly ok, we are here to help 🙂

I clicked the wrong button and made this the "solution." It doesn't appear that I can undo this mistake.
I intended to reply that I have my fingers crossed, because otherwise it's a complete waste of money, seeing as there's a $10 activation fee just to use the card, as well as an incredibly frustrating activation process. Frustrating for me, because my phone plan is inactive, and activating the card requires that you receive an activation code via text message.

Another problem you might face is that PM requires real credit card. Reloadable might work... or not...

You might also have luck trying to pay from another browser if you don't want to wait. I tried paying in Chrome and it gave me the error. Switched to Edge, and immediately it accepted my payment. Worth a try at least. 😊 Good luck!

Thank you for the very fast reply to my query. It has only been a few minutes since I have activated the card, so I will wait as you have suggested.

there have been lots of credit card update problems.
Usually we asked people to wait an hour and try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser. I saw others suggest to wait 24 hours. Maybe try both
Not sure if agent can help, but if waited 24 hours and still unable to update card, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
