Ok so I made it through, but I need to change my credit card, but it keeps saying my postal code is invalid even though it's 100% my Canadian postal code written like x#x #x#
what ... do I do?

Try call the 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone.

Thanks for the answer! So I can't call because my service is off and when I try to make the payment through the app, I have to update my credit card it says the postal code I'm putting is invalid!

Did you try making a payment on the PM app? Login to your account then to the Payment tab>Add funds with CC or voucher. Or you can dial 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC and make the payment over the phone.

or you can also get a voucher and load the voucher using *611. This is not the best way, but at least you can get the service back tonight
