Does your phone work? Can you call *611? If you can and you're in a pinch, you can buy a voucher from 7-11 and load it to your phone by calling *611. Then when you have time you can log a ticket to try to regain access to your account.

If your line has been inactive for 90+ days it will be deactivated.

No issues when I login to my account on the PM app…my email works…I remember my password…my account is showing my number.
