Hello,
My plan expired today and I do not see an option to pay for it. I even turned on the subscription and it still did not pay for the plan.
Can you check for the problem?

Hey slusagm,
I made a test call and message, and then suddenly "your account is on hold' message popped up. I just paid for the service and it's back online.

if you can make calls and text, it is not a problem with the account being suspended
check if your phone has data limit and blocked your data
try Reset all networks
and also check on My Account using Incognito mode to see if you have any data left for this cycle

There is no Pay or Resume service button.
My data is not working, however, I can make calls and send text messages.
