Getting error when I try and make a voice call - "7B1 your phone is not activated on the network". I can receive calls but incoming calls says no caller ID. I can text, use data, email, etc. - just can't call out. Keep getting error message when trying to get a ticket to fix.

There's a thread from February of this year with someone having the same problem. For them, it looked like the porting of the number just took longer than they expected. Regardless, reboot your phone (if you haven't already) and submit that ticket. With a little luck, the problem might fix itself.

Try the following, reboot phone, reset network settings, reinstall SIM card. Try sim in another unlocked phone. As well change your preferred network to 3G.

Try a restart. Also try setting phone to 3G or WCDMA only and try. If the phone is to 5G etc then set it 4G LTE if the 3G setting works.
