Tried all of the above and still no solution! I have received calls but am unable to re-connect

new activation? or existing subscriber? did you login to your account and confirm if account is active?
and incoming calls work? how about data?
what error recording you got?
did you try reboot your phone?
Try Reset all networks on your phone and test again
if you have physical sim, try your sim on another phone, this would force a re-provision of your sim/account and could resolve your problem
