For about 2 days I have not been able to make or receive any calls. This started between calls and I did not make any changes to settings or run any updates on my phone leading up to the issue. I can send/receive text messages and cellular data is working fine.
I have tried the following:
-power cycling phone
-turning on airplane mode, waiting 30 seconds, turning off airplane mode
-reseating SIM card
-resetting network settings on phone
I have also checked my account. Status is Active and have unlimited Canada-wide talk.

could be a temporary local network interruption. Which area are you in ?

try to selecting network '3G only' or WCDMA only,
and rebooting phone.

try your public mobile Sim card in someone else’s device.
And while you’re at it, try their Sim card in your device.
This should help establish whether you have a device or an account issue.
