Has talk worked before?  What about text and data?  

Is your account status active versus suspended?  

Maybe try rebooting phone.  Use prefix 1 in front of area code and number

Have you just ported in? If you have then that means the porting process was unsuccessful. I have sent the porting department’s number you can call them and have the request resent. Check your inbox by clicking your avatar and clicking messages.
