Can't make a phone call

I have this plan 

• This plan includes: -
• - 2GB at 4G LTE Speed
• - Unlimited International Text
• - Unlimited Provincial Talk

However i cant call my wife. It says i can't make a long distance call. 

Funny note: My wife is seated next to me. I bought both sim cards in Walmart the same day. She can call me, i can't call her. What can i do ?

Sometimes it depends on how you dial the number.  Try adding +1 before the 10-digit number, and seeing if that works.
