I am using Firefox in win 10. I have tried with every browser that I have, plus the android app. Always ID and password mismatch. I may have complicated this by getting signed up for the new "safe sign in", which seems to work, but I can't find any way to use my account.

that is private mode on Safari if you are on iOS, that browser mode allow no cache issue
or you have tried to use app to login?
