This Public mobile kind of hard to Login if you wanted to do a forgot password for account,Always telling me locked when I only tried only once it says too many attempts not even close because I only tried once and locked me out.

@Maricil most times you have to clear browser cache two or three times before it will recognize the new session.
Or go incognito mode. Can you try this and login in again?
