I’m new as of today. My account was registered and when I tried to transfer my number I received a text telling me there was a problem and someone would be in touch soon - that was 2.5 hours ago.
now when I try to log into my account either through the app or website, I can use my username and password, get to the screen to verify my device (which I have done. O less than 20 times today) and then it just kicks me back to the main login screen with no reason for not logging me in.
How can I get help when I have no way to login?
