Can't login to pay after porting from PM to Koodo

Just ported my PM number to Koodo this morning - tried to log back into the PM Self Serve to pay off the remaining balance, but can't log in to do so. Anyone with any advice on what I could do?

What remaining balance? This is pre-paid. Your account is deactivated when you port out. You can never owe PM anything. Forget you ever had an account and move on 🙂
