Can someone help? I cannot login through the app or browser on my iphone XR. I keep getting a blank screen on eversafe.id.telus.com

Works in incognito mode browser but app doesn’t work because it’s not in incognito mode. Any other solution for the app?

Hey @Musbah50
If you are currently on your PC, wait 1 hour as you may have entered your limit attempts, then open the browser settings, clear the Cache and then close and restart your browser. Then try again.

@Musbah50 , try using incognito mode on your browser or delete app data to see if that helps.
