When I click on grant full-access to my account, the OTP is sent to some other number and I can't access my account.

I reseted the password and entered a new phone number (my number with different provider) the system sends a OTP to this number when I login and authenticates successfully, but then redirects for full access to a page which send an OTP to a different number(no idea who's number is this). I can't do anything after this, completely stuck!
I sent @CS_Agent a ticket as well.

@Handy1 I tried what you said. It doesn't give me an option to send the code through email. And I messaged the CS agents group as well, waiting for their reply.

PM just changed to a new EverSafe login system and you need to complete the setup
If you have not created an EverSafe id yet, you won't be able complete the part to link your My Account with the EverSafe ID, that needs a working phone with a working PM sim using SMS. (Sending the code to email would not be a choice until EverSafe id is fully setup)
Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID
If none of those workarounds helps, please open ticket with support and have them to help in this situation:

@abhishekb7 If you hit resend a couple times or put in the wrong code you should get option to send to email instead of you need further help from support please
