the cycle might have ended already, PM cycle is always confusing. What is showing on the current cycle? and when was the date in March that PM took the money?

App is working again. It has taken my money and put it into available funds but not yet applied it to payment. Apps says that my service is supposed to end today but I still have service.

@funpig1 - literally the same - my subscription renews today and I have this message. CC doesn't expire until October.

The app has resumed working for me.
By coincidence, April 21 is my subscription renewal date. It looks my data, calls and texts renewed and are all working. And I even got my referral points. The funny thing is that Public Mobile has not taken any payment from my credit card and app still shows that I owe PM money.

App says maintenance mode and online shows our services are getting an upgrade.

App is now showing Maintenance mode and the My Account on web showing Our services are getting an upgrade. It wasn't like that 15 mins ago, so PM finally noticed the problem and working on it
i was still able to login after midnight last night, so I think it was an expected outage this time. Hold tight and hope they are able to bring it back up soon

@MountainMaxMan2 - likewise - ive tried via phone app, and website so its a company wide outage. as @slusagm 's suggests, try back in about an hour.
