I received the new SIM and transferred (my daughters) Freedom Mobile to the new Promo here at Public Mobile. I got an email back (Your Public Mobile Activation Details) showing it's all setup and to go there and login.
But now when trying to log in with user name shows an error message. Even trying Forgot/Password option it says that username/email doesn't exist, but I got the email showing it was created. The phone seemed to have service, tried 1 outbound calls and worked.
What can you do?
