Correct, I have newly registered sim card and I know my password but the system didn't recgnize it and I am not able to reset it, no email send to me.

Yes, the forgot password feature is broken atm. Only way to reset is by contacting the mod team. We have been told that PM team is working on it to bring the fix soon.
