OK so I submitted a ticket to update the email, but apparently they updated the password and it doesn't work for me. and I don't know what is my backend email address and I can't login or reset my password anymore, waiting for Mod's response.

Yes I did some search earlier, I sent a PM to the MOD, so should I still submit a ticket?I haven't been here for a while. haha

Correct, I have newly registered sim card and I know my password but the system didn't recgnize it and I am not able to reset it, no email send to me.

I have a new sim card registered and the system didn't take my password..
