Can't log into My account

6 digit code being sent to a phone number I no longer have. When I put resend code I get the options send text or send voice message.

try the private message link, it work with your current Community login, no need to login My Account

Didn't work for me. It takes me back to login screen. I can't private message either because I can't log in.

I’m having the same issues. It sends and email otp which I have access to and then it sends SMS also. I had to return my old phone was defective. I didn’t think it would this complicated or problematic to just login and get my number back. No clue what to do here.

Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS and open up the option to send 2FA to your email address

  1. Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.
    (!!!You will need to click Resend Code and then Send email to trigger the 2FA to email)
  2. Potential workaround (for some): If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. For some individuals, this is giving the option of an email instead.
