Can't log in

When I enter my login info, the page just reloads back to the sign in page. Was able to log in last week, but now, nothing I do (clearing history/cookies, changing password, etc.) seems to work. 

Assistance would really be appreciated!

Hi @aronb so, when Adblock Plus eas enabled, it just keep looping back to login page?? but not even an error message?

Just want to add to the solutions already posted here - I noticed that I had this same login issue, and it resolved once I disabled Adblock Plus in my browser.

ho @kamiyaa you sure you got the correct login email ?  

 

Anyway, open ticket with PM CS agent and they can help

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@kamiyaa- How about a whole different device? Are you getting any errors?

Hi, I still can't log in. I've tried incognito, firefox, chrome, none of them work

Incognito mode does seem to work! Should have thought to try that. Thanks @dust2dust!

Same here. Been trying to log in to my account on the website for 3 days now and it has failed each time.

@J3S hi there have been a lot of issues with phone sign in try with a laptop or computer, change browser helps if that fails
