When I try to connect on my phone I put my email and password and it immediately goes to a page expired. When I do it on my computer 80% of the time it goes to a permanent loading screen and 15% of time it gets through but then wants to check if it's actually me by sending an email confirmation which I click and never receive, and the final 5% time it also just goes to a page expired.
I have tried a few of the suggestions I have seen on here from other people's post about having trouble logging in (turn off ad-block and try incognito mode) and so far they haven't worked

Thank you, didn't work on my computer but worked on my phone so ultimately problem solved

Were you using browser with saved password?
The issue was that you clicked login and the browser also automatic login, so there were 2 attempts to login at the same time.
To avoid the error, once you selected the saved credentials, do not click login, wait and let the browser to login automatically for you instead
or try to click Back, then refresh and then login again
