I can’t log in. Every time the authentication code gets send to a different phone number. That’s the original phone number assigned by public. I since ported my old number from another carrier

I waited 20 minutes for the chat. Someone replied saying they can only help with “generic” questions. Asked me to submit a ticket. After advising I submitted multiple tickets, they proceeded to tell me to submit yet another ticket. Unbelievable.

I submitted multiple tickets. They never replied or they gave me a generic response like delete and download the app again. They don’t seem to get the problem. I have NO idea what number they’re sending the code too. It’s not my number. And I don’t have the option to send to email. It just doesn’t show

Can you click on didn't get the code and see if there is an email option? If no email option there, you must reach out to pm csa by direct message. Here is the link.
