I can’t log in. Every time the authentication code gets send to a different phone number. That’s the original phone number assigned by public. I since ported my old number from another carrier
I waited 20 minutes for the chat. Someone replied saying they can only help with “generic” questions. Asked me to submit a ticket. After advising I submitted multiple tickets, they proceeded to tell me to submit yet another ticket. Unbelievable.
