I am trying to activate my Sim card. I set up my account but when I try to sign in it sends me back to the sign in page. With no message. If there is no fix, can you delete the account so I can try starting over? I set up my own phone yesterday with no problem. Im trying to set up my wife's phone.

Try to sign in through the website on your computer first. If you are able to get through, delete the app and reinstall and try to log in again. if there is still an issue signing in through the app, then wait another day as there may be an ap sign in issue at the time you tried.

hi @Paruja how much you have done in the subscription process? which step?
try uninstall and reinstall the PM app and try again
and if you have not got to payment step yet, I would try using another email address and setup another account and try that way

@Paruja make sure you are using the app to sign up. If trouble logging in, try using a different browser, and private/incognito mode. If no luck, open a ticket using the orange chat bubble and ask PM to assist
