I noticed my data stopped working today and I haven’t made any changes to my plan. I noticed today is the renewal date so I wonder if that impacted it - I’m on auto subscribed in case that helps.
I’ve tried all the suggestions (eg turn off phone, reset etc)

If you have a physical sim, test it with another phone
And submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to re-provision your sim/account

I see - I have an iPhone 14 Pro. Voice calls also do currently work. Tried resetting a few more times and restarting the phone but still not working 😕

@vlin what phone do you have? Only Android phones have the data limit settings
Data limit on Samsung phone (would be similar on other Android phone), go to Settings > Connections > Data usage > Billing cycle and data warning.

Thanks @softech ! I reset my network settings and it still doesn’t work. How do I disable my mobile data limit?
