I can't login. Says the code it sends to my email is wrong.

HI @Raoguruju1 the code expires in 2 minutes or longer, for sure not 60 seconds

And when you try to get the code in email, remember to refresh your inbox. Many got the mistake to "wait" and the browser usually does not refresh automatically, or not refresh quick enough.  So refresh it manually

The code has got expiry time of 60 seconds. some times getting the code to email might take some time. try getting the code to your cell phone.

@Alex831 youbgot the code?

wait 5 mins., try once more using Incognito mode and request the code just once to your email, type the code and not copy and paste 

If still cannot login, please message support for help

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

I would suggest to contact agent particularly if you cannot log in to your account.

To Contact CSA-agent there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

- Send a private message to the CSA 

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private messaging might take longer.

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.
