Can't get into my account.

I am a old public mobile customer. I can't seem to get into see the details in my account. I need to update the expiry date on my credit card. Might have something to do with old closed telus email used when I switched to Public years ago.

You can still login using your old email and password. The 2FA code will be texted to you to login to your account.

But did you create an Eversafe ID? This is new since this summer and everyone must create one before login to your account.

If you haven’t create an ID, click on Sign Up and enter your registered email and password.

Once you are in your account, you can change the email in your Profile section under Manage Eversafe ID.
