I need to cancel my account because I forgot my old email that I signed up with for this account. Someone please help!

@abby_2287 call 611 withe the public mobile sim card in a phone and remove autopay (you will need the 4 digit account pin to do so). After 90 days of nonpayment the account will automatically close.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

When you port out of PM to another carrier. Cancelation is done automatically by the other carrier.
If you are putting your account on pause, you will need the help from a CS_Agent to help you access your account by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community page.

Did you port out your number? That's one way to cancel. Are you still being charged? Pause your credit card on the night of the renewal and that will stop the payments. Then 90 days later the account will cancel.

contact to support team by CS_Agent to reset password,and change email.
