Can't get an incoming call

I created a new number through you (not a port) and after 2 days incomming calls still don't work. All I get is a message stating that "The phone number is not assigned". I have removed the SIM, restarted the phone, nothing helps. Outgoing calls work and incomming and outgoing texts and data are fine.

@dalehandy, sorry to hear you are having some issues.  You will need to message a moderator to have this looked after.

  • PM Phone Number
  • 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
    • account number 
    • date of birth
    • complete address listed on account with postal code
    • email address on account
    • most commonly called numbers
    • alternate number listed on the account
    • last payment date and amount
    • last 4 digits of the credit card
