I just activated a new sim card keeping my number from koodo. Everything works but i cant create an account and i didnt receive any emails.
It always says my number is invalid or that i have an existing account (which i dont). What do i do?

If you just registered at home, you would have chosen your email address and password for your self service account.
If you registered in store, the you will need to create a new self service account.

@Marcbert The email and password you used during the activation will let you login.
