Hi so I am writing for my grandson who needs his plan updated for payment and we are unable to get into his account because the email that was used to create the account is no longer in use. Can someone please help us ?

FYI, the login email is just the login ID so it doesn’t matter whether it is active or not…just as long as the password is correct. The 2FA code will be texted to your grandson’s phone.

But if the plan has already expired or need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
