Can’t connect to network

Hello, I’ve recenetly ought and activated a SIM card, prepaid the service, everything should be ready to go, HOWEVER, nothing is working. Messages pops up: unregistered network. Automatic search for available networks doesn’t  ring up anything. What do I do. Thank you!

Be sure your phone isn't registered or locked to a different network.

Remove the sim card. Reboot your phone and reinsert the sim if you haven't already. Have you logged into self serve to see what your account status is? Did you port a number or choose a new one?
